Wedding photography clients: Please contact me for wedding packages. I offer a variety of wedding photography packages, starting with small elopement packages to full day wedding packages.
How do I book a session?
Please fill out my contact sheet. I will get back to you as soon as possible. I typically respond on the same day unless I am photographing a wedding, in which I will respond to you the next day.
I will walk you through every step.

How long does a session run?
Typically my photography sessions are about 1 hour long and sometimes a little bit longer. I usually am pretty good at keeping my session right around this time frame, especially for families with little kids. I am aware of their attention span and know they cannot really take much more than an hour. I try to keep the sessions really fun and exciting for them as well as for husbands that might not be so into it. This is usually a good time frame and works really well for me.
This time does not pertain to wedding photography. Wedding packages and details are available upon request. My typically wedding photography packages start from a 2 hour elopement session to a full day of wedding coverage.- How do I get my photos?
All your photos will be uploaded to an online gallery. It usually takes about 2 weeks from the photo session until your photos are ready to be viewed. Once your gallery is uploaded, you will receive an email from me with a link to your gallery. You will then have the opportunity to select your favorite photos. Once you have selected your photos, I make them available for download.
You will get High resolution files as well as Web size images. Your high resolution files will be the ones you use for printing and your web size photos are the ones you will share on your social media account such a Facebook and Instagram.
I will also at this time request your mailing address and send your USB or any other items that was included in your selected package to your home.
I am very excited about this new feature available to all my clients. I will send you an invitation to your own personal app for your phone where you will be able to have access to all your photos via your personal app. Your app will be available to you for 90 days.
Wedding photography clients: Your photos will be available for immediate download once your gallery has been uploaded. You will also be able to share your wedding gallery with your loved ones at this time. - Do you require a retainer or deposit?
Yes I do require a $100.00 retainer to hold a date, your retainer goes towards your selected packages with the remaining balance due 1 day before your photography session.
Once we settle on a date for your session, I will send you an invoice via email which you will then be able to pay online.
Wedding photography clients: I require a $500.00 retainer for a full day wedding. Your retainer goes towards your selected wedding package, with the remaining balance due 1 month before the wedding date. - Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes once we settle on a date, I will send you a booking confirmation as well as my session contract and any other important information you may need at that time. - How do we pick a LOCATION?
I have a very handy locations guide that I provide to all my photography clients. It lists all my favorite locations for photo shoots around the Island. You will be able to go through my guide at your own time and once you and your family have selected your preferred spot just let me know. I will then send you exact directions of how to get to the location and where we will meet. - What to wear and what to avoid.
This is a great question. I am more than happy to help you with any specific clothing questions you may have and would also be happy to help you style a session.
Here is what I typically suggest as a starting point:
Please try to avoid clothing with pin stripes and tiny patterns like hounds tooth or very small polka dots. Those types of patterns do not photograph well.
Do not be afraid to wear some color. Flowy long dresses always displays beautiful on the beach. Most important wear something you feel beautiful and comfortable in. When you feel beautiful is shows in your photos, so it is important to wear something that makes you feel special.
I always recommend picking two complimentary colors and you can add white with those colors. So for example if you pick Yellow and Navy as your primary colors and then add white with those, now you have 3 colors to work with and have everyone wear something in this color range. The colors do not have to be exactly the same it can be shades of the same color too.
- What should I bring to my session?
1. Water
2. Towel
3. Extra set of clothes
4. Snacks
I always suggest bringing some water with you in case you get thirsty and some snacks for the kids. Also bring a towel along as our feet will get wet. If you want to do some fun water photos at the end then it is a good idea to bring an extra set of clothes, that way you are prepared, especially for kids as they love to splash and get wet. You can always decide at the session if you want to get wet or not and if you have extra clothes packed then you are prepared either way. - Do I offer photo printing services?
Yes I do offer additional photo printing services. You are under no obligation to use my printing services as each of my packages includes a print release. I do however offer this service to those clients that are interested to have their photos professionally printed.
I print through a professional printing lab with exceptional quality. I offer regular photo prints as well as Canvas prints, Metal prints, photo album design and specialty orders. Please contact me for more information and printing prices.
If you are vacationing in San Antonio and would like to order any prints, they will be shipped directly to your home once your order is placed. - Do we get copyright of images?
Copyright simply means that I am the creator of the images and I “own” the copyright. I do provide you with a written Print Release that will allow you to make unlimited personal reproductions and copies or prints of your photos for your own personal use or to gift to family and friends. With your print release you are also not obligated to use my printing services. You may use any printing lab you see fit. - Will my files be watermarked?
No they are not. Your high resolution digital files will not bear my watermark on them. - Do you charge a travel fee?
I do not charge a travel fee for any photo sessions that takes place in or around the San Antonio area.
I do charge a travel fee for Austin and surrounding areas. - Will all photos be edited?
Yes every images you receive will be hand edited by me personally. I do not provide any unedited work. What does this mean? It simply means each photo you see in your gallery has been color corrected, distracting items or people have been removed from the background and any other corrections I see fit has been done to your photo.
I specialize in Wedding and Engagement photography, Family portraits and Maternity portrait sessions, therefore availability is limited. I only book a number of sessions per month so I have time to work with each clients schedule and give myself ample time for quality editing.
